The Kavinoky Report, written by highly acclaimed criminal defense attorney, Darren Kavinoky, is a free daily missive for media only—print, broadcast and Internet—that provides critical legal information on the criminal headline cases of the day.

Released Monday through Friday, the Report is also issued on major holidays and weekends when there is breaking news or major developments in criminal events and cases. The daily communiqué is geared to assist the press by providing clarifying commentary, and also by posing probing questions media may wish to explore to develop their respective stories.
